Buddha Bowl

If you know Braden, you know that he is an amazing chef. Thought I would share a fun little post on all of the AMAZING food he has made lately. I do not think I could work full-time and have a baby if my amazing husband did not do so much (okay, really, all) of the cooking. I eat vegetarian (mostly vegan) and it has been so fun to watch him get creative with veggies. Love all the color!

We are diligent about meal planning every week (every Friday, to be exact). We have our list of go-to meals for each night and then we always make enough so we have leftovers for lunch the next day. It is a great system for us. We just use Evernote to track everything but it works great and keeps us organized.
